@Ruggable It’s been over 2 months for my 2nd rug. Over MANY emails, cust serv keeps telling me, lots of orders, I will get it, wait 5-7d, check my stat. The order stat doesn’t work, says it was made, waiting to ship, will receive Dec 11! First rug came fine, so what’s the deal?!
