@ParcelHero what a bad service. I sent a package to Texas from uk last Tuesday and paid for it to be there Thursday!! Still not arrived, tracking not updated and have emailed you twice but just automated emails back. Not a professional service at all. This is the first and last!

@TravelRepublic I have now tried numerous times to contact someone through ‘manage my booking’ and by phone but since you have made people redundant no one gets back to me. If you are trying to keep customers then your service is diabolical at the moment. !!!! Not very encouraging at all
