@MCRMetrolink Can you confirm how to get a refund if you've bought a ticket to Media City. At no point on the app does it tell you that there are no services running and we've also had to find alternative ways to get there because there are no buses?

And just to confirm (as I've seen you ask this on other tweets) it's because of the price increases and poor service; intermittent, blackouts etc. The cost of Virgin is now more than double it's nearest competitor too, it's ridiculous.
