@archer_rs I used to excitedly post photos of every launch I could see from my backyard (35 miles from the Cape), but now that there are two every week, I worry about all the space junk.
@lauriedtmann I agree it's bad here, but we pay about $450 a month for a little, 39-year-old house safely away from any coast. A decade ago it was $1500 annually. Our home value has nearly doubled since then. Not disagreeing about corporate greed.

@ziibiing We liquidated Mom's house, used the proceeds to paid for her nursing home till it ran out, then applied for Medicaid. Had to wait an extra year because she gave too much to charity and that counted against her. Beware! At least her last few years were covered.
