@easyJet hi I was meant to travel to Belfast on Friday and return today but my mother in law is dying and I couldn’t go but I didn’t get a chance to try and change my flight or cancel. Is it possible to get the tax back on these flights?

@easyJet I missed a flight from Belfast to Luton on Tuesday 9th April as the screens did not update in the lounge, Belfast airport said there were issues and to contact easyJet and Swissport, so far no one is getting back to me

@easyJet hi I’m due to fly from luton to Belfast tomorrow but I’m unwell with a chest infection, even being at A&E yesterday. I’m I able to get a full refund for the flight as changing it is very expensive?
