@British_Airways me and my fiancé have a 14 hour flight to Santiago tonight but you’ve seated us separately and far away from each other and it’s charging >£100(!) one way(!) to choose seats together! I am so shocked&disappointed.I book w/ BA to avoid Ryanair nonsense like this.

@limebike I was just charged £18 for a ride which I didn’t take (or even know I was being charged for) as your app/bike was not working. Your support team said this was clearly the case (bike hadn’t moved for 1 hour) but offered me only a £9 refund “as a valued customer”?! Crazy
