@RoyalMailHelp my 2 parcels have been marked as delivered but we only received 1 parcel but it says both have been delivered but the proof only shows the one same parcel as proof on both items, the one were missing isn't small either so would be noticed if missed for delivery

@BeeNetwork i sent an email that my son had to get off the bus as his card declined but the money was taken off his card so he had to walk home, can't find a response and also majority of the time his card is declined (there is money on it for everyday) then the money taken out!
