@CosplayerUna That said, I wasn't a fan of everything they did this year. Moving badge pick-up to the convention lobby really congested the flow. I did not hear about AI stuff until long after I left day 2. Huge bummer and a massive L for sure

@CosplayerUna I attended both concerts and the lines were pretty rough but that's more of an issue with the venue location than acen staff. From my experience, they created a functional way to get folks into the concert in an orderly way once doors opened.
