Congress refuses to speak to that!!! American MK Ultra trigger codes were programmed decades ago into Ally's programming as a child and I suspect many more survivors programming links directly to Congress and the presidency.
That begs the question....is Congress complicit in the American MK Ultra?
Who was funding the scientists?
Who brought them here?
Was Congress making slush funds for those scientists in exchange for access to the survivors MK codes?
American MK Ultra was designed with trigger codes. Survivors are walking hard drives of government secrets.
