To be clear, the Honoring Chaco decision was made possible by the beautiful multi-cultural and inter-tribal organizing and collaboration between Dinè and Pueblo citizens. This is how we survive the climate crisis.

Contrary to claims by Navajo Nation leadership, the #HonoringChaco decision DOES NOT impact private, state, or Tribal-owned land within 10 miles of the park but DOES protect over 4,700 sacred sites as well as the groundwater. This is a win for all people and the planet.
