@DPDgroup_news I've cancelled my order. I paid 5.95 to get it next day, for Saturday. No delivery attempt was made. Lie 1. There is no civil unrest where I live, so that was lie 2. Not even small lies. Big lies with not one ounce of truth. Absolutely dreadful service.

@PolesworthSchl Your own risk assessment says that's its to allay fear of the virus and doesn't mention preventing it spread.

@PolesworthSchl @SlugHairy How convenient that you have missed the pertinent point here. It states in the guidance 'face coverings can have a negative impact on learning and teaching and so their use in the classroom should be avoided'

@PolesworthSchl @SlugHairy No it doesn't. Can you, for example, specify where in the letter it states why you have gone against government guidelines on this. Also if you could send a link to your policy on exemptions and how you plan to shield those who cannot wear a mask without drawing attention to them

@craig4nwarks Haven't an issue with previous guidelines re wearing a mask in halls etc, but there is no justification in this extra step, which goes against current government guidelines and scientific publications.

In line with new school guidance we are now asking students and staff to wear masks both in and out of lessons. A letter outlining this has been sent out. This is as of tomorrow, 3rd of November. Thanks again for everyone's support.

@craig4nwarks Thanks Craig. Star as always. The decision is dreadful and it's been compounded by the communication. Seems to be an arbitrary decision by Head with an absence of logic.
