.@Columbia1938 bought facet 75 trainers 1 month ago, have worn them 3 times and they've ripped in 2 places after using them in very tame conditions. No response from customer service. Not fit for ourpos3 and won't be purchasing from @Columbia1938 again. How do I get my refund?

.@Timberland_UK purchased shoes online but the box is so obscenely huge that no yodel collection points will accept it. Have 2 small children and cannot transport them and this box anywhere. Your email support just replied with an automated message that was even less helpful.
