@KhaledBeydoun What is so big about 12 hr Ramadan fasting? Intermittent fasting folks eat/ drink after 14-18 hrs. Fasting has definite medical benefits but y make it a religious virtue & crow about it. Christians do it for Lent, Buddhists too. Fast for ur health not for silly religious reasons.
