@Popeyes i had an issue last week and the app said it was resolved and would refund me. I looked today and it’s not showing on the account and the app keeps saying it resolved the issue but it didn’t. I keep trying to file a complaint on the issue and it doesn’t let me.

Issue over 50 times. I’ve followed the account locked and password reset process and still nothing. No one is helping.

@UPS How do we file complains? You rarely can reach a rep, the dispatchers lie, and the form on the website does not allow forms to be submitted. It keeps saying “this page cannot be found” when clicking submit.
