Back in the day, Madden was all about the immersion. I used to create 8 teambuilder teams on NCAA Football 12, make all the players seniors, and watch them build their careers in Madden 12. ESPN NFL 2K5 had so many useful and relevant stat pop-ups providing legit midgame analysis. In Madden 25 you rarely ever get stat overlays and they are usually useless. The only one I ever see is my team's draft class at the start of every game #BringBackNFL2K
