I just closed my 4 month contract with @SharkrollCasino as a Social Media Manager.

Within this time, I was able to accomplish a thing or two which I would like to share with you.

With 𝕏 as my major focus, I generated over 109,000 organic impressions, with multiple days crossing 5,000 impressions.

I grew the engagement rate to 15.9 percent, up 44 percent, well above industry averages. This growth came from real interaction, 5,700 likes, 1,600 replies, and 1,800 reposts, not passive scrolling.

The content I created clearly delivered value, with bookmarks up over 400 percent and shares increasing by more than 1,300 percent, driven entirely by the community.

Most importantly, I converted that attention into growth, adding over 2,500 new followers and moving the account from low momentum to steady, scalable performance.

I also
- Developed a strategic content calendar for all social channels using Notion

- Hosted AMAs and 𝕏 Spaces

- Created brand aligned banners, memes, and daily posts that drove conversations

- Grew Telegram from 100 to over 1,500 subscribers organically

- Designed and launched affiliate and referral programs

- Collaborated with KOLs, brands, and 𝕏 influencers for cross promotions

- Rebranded Discord with bots, roles, channels, and leaderboards, growing it from 500 to over 1,600 members

- Edited motion graphics videos for site promotion

Alongside these, there were countless other tasks and responsibilities that contributed to the growth of the project. Ideas shared with the team, strategy sessions, content experiments, and much more.

As a Social Media Manager, you learn to wear multiple hats, think creatively, and treat every brand you work with as your own. Over the years, every skill I have learned has been tested in one way or another, pushing me to deliver results that truly matter.

Starting in 2026, I am ready to take it even further, driving bigger numbers, collaborating with more brands, and creating real impact.
