Phew! What a week it’s been at #ZESAUK🥵

The callouts have been insane! Thank God It’s Funky Friday, my last night of standby duties for a month.

My body clock is all over the place.I honestly don’t know how shift workers handle it! I couldn’t do this on a permanent basis. Kudos to them.

I find it very difficult to fall sleep when I get home. If I do,I’m up by 11am, and can’t sleep after that,tired but can’t sleep,and when the clock strikes 15;30 chances are Control will call and it’s back on the road.

This morning I looked in mirror,and I didn’t like what I saw,I looked like a bullfrog! 😭

Anyway,let me catch a chow. Very unhealthy,I know,but what else can I do?
