Hi @UPGovt , @shalabhmani , this old woman is from Hapur, less than 100 kms from new delhi . She and some other women , daily wagers , had run out of ration and so went to the local tehsildar ‘s office for help . They were allegedly snubbed so badly this lady burst into tears ..
