I’ve spoken about this before. For certain traffic offenses, if the ticket is not paid within the timeframe, don’t make court mandatory. Instead, charge interest on the ticket and allow the offender to pay online via TAJ. Longer they take to pay, more interest. Driver’s license etc can’t be renewed and/or replaced without paying same.

GOJ would unlock a lot of money.
