Politics aside, credit where credit is due.
If Governor Adeleke came into office and cleared inherited salary arrears and moved civil servants away from the era of partial salary payments, that is a significant achievement. A worker receiving his full salary on time feels the impact more than any campaign slogan.
And on infrastructure, if the roads being delivered are genuinely properly engineered, independently assessed and built to standard, that deserves recognition too. π£οΈππΎ
You can disagree with Adeleke politically and still admit when something works.
Workers need their full salaries. Citizens need good roads. Government should deliver both.
At the end of the day, Osun voters should ask:
Who inherited the problems? Who addressed them? Who delivered? And who can do better?
Credit where due, criticism where necessary. Thatβs how we should judge governance, not by party colour. π³π¬π―
