@roku your web site will not let me purchase a remote. When I enter my CC #, save, go to cart, try to checkout, the site tells me to enter a valid CC #, even though the **** are there with the last 4 digits. Your site it broken.

@hover has the *absolute best* customer service. A) a human answers the phone. B) that human knows what to do! Imagine that! They didn't transfer me to a "support specialist", they just helped me. Wow! I love Hover!!
