🗣️Pavel Nedvěd: Yes. I admired that Manchester United team. Paul Scholes and Ryan Giggs were players I really respected.

🗣️Pavel Nedvěd: No, not really. The transfer was never on the table. There was only Chelsea showing serious interest.

🗣️Reporter: So Chelsea wanted you, but Manchester United never came?

🗣️Pavel Nedvěd: Exactly. Chelsea were there, but Manchester United wasn’t. That’s football.

🗣️Reporter: Why Manchester United specifically?

🗣️Pavel Nedvěd: I was a little jealous of Karel Poborský. He played there, experienced Old Trafford, the big matches, Sir Alex Ferguson, everything. I know he still feels that love for the club today.

First off, Manchester United made him who he is right now. Our academy nurtured him, and our fans lifted him up since his early days, hyped him to the moon, supported him through every single dip, and backed him to the hills. And how does he repay that?

The funniest part about this is how fast the tables have turned and how Barca have treated him, like he was never good enough in the first place. The amount of disrespect thrown his way after everything he did for them is honestly crazy.

Barca do actually have the cash to spend and have already bought Anthony Gordon for 70m+. They have the money! They just don’t think he is worth the money. Imagine taking shots at your boyhood club just to be told by Flick and Barca that you're not worth the financial effort.

Now he’s facing the very real, embarrassing reality of having to crawl back to Old Trafford with his tail between his legs, looking for another desperate loan move on deadline day because nobody wants to touch his United wages.

Nevertheless, I still don't want Marcus Rashford back at Manchester United. I genuinely don't want this turning into another Cristiano Ronaldo situation, where the balance of the project gets disrupted.
