realistically i think the only thing that will happen from that list is no new A-ranks

there's a much larger more nuanced discussion to be had about the relationship between the number of free pulls, powercreep, and the death of A-ranks (4-stars) but that's for another day

the cynic in me sees all this and thinks
- lucia is getting powercrept (or rupture role will be abandoned)
- no new A-ranks will ever be added (powercreep will get worse)
- defense role is dead
- yanagi/caesar/zhuyuan are never getting buffed
