The importance of the @NYSE stress testing @avax as their blockchain of choice is validation that Avalanche has made the necessary improvements to prove worthy to the biggest Stock Exchange in the world by market cap.
@PharaohExchange will make everything come full circle.
(Love these guys)
A stock market doesn't have to run on the same rails it has used for decades.
Tokenization is creating new ways to bring traditional equities onto blockchain infrastructure.
Dinari enables platforms to offer tokenized exposure to U.S. equities backed by shares held in custody, while Pharaoh is preparing to bring tokenized U.S. stock exposure into its decentralized exchange, with plans for 24/7 trading and access to onchain liquidity.
At the institutional level, the New York Stock Exchange is developing an alternative trading system for onchain markets. NYSE executives have said Avalanche checks many of the boxes for the planned platform.
These are different approaches to bringing traditional financial assets onchain, from distributing equity exposure to developing new trading infrastructure.
The opportunity goes beyond putting stocks on a blockchain. It's about building financial infrastructure that can make markets more accessible, programmable and connected.
Avalanche is positioning itself to support that next chapter of finance. 🔺
@Angeliki_T1@AvaxTeam1@avax We have had an amazing experience with you as our Lead. You are undoubtedly one of the best leads I've seen in web3 as a whole.
Thank you for being you🫶
There is something special about watching students go from “I’m curious about Web3” to actually talking about what their building, and how they can take it further.
A space where people know they don’t have to build alone is being created 🔺.
🥂 here, here to more of this!
@Angeliki_T1 So true. Keep on being a good person and help others on their journey. The joy you get from that alone should give you immense pleasure.
This is why @AvaxTeam1 and @Team1Africa_ will be the start of a revolution in Africa.
So Bullish!
@Team1Africa_@SethDannyYak Well done on your event @Team1Africa_ in Nigeria 🇳🇬
Looked like an amazing turnout.
This goes to show how many people want to build and keep pushing for excellence.
The most interesting part of the event you hosted for @AvaxTeam1 sponsored by @utila_io was that everyone that attended the main event mentioned your side event significantly out performed the main event.
Events in Africa need to be hosted more intentionally.
South African standards for Web3 events are so low and we just keep accepting it.
I’ve decided to stop complaining and actually do something about it.
And no, this isn’t aimed at every event. Some of the international events that come to our country are fantastic.
But locally, we need to have a serious conversation about how we treat sponsors, what we deliver in return and why putting in the bare minimum while extracting the maximum has become acceptable.
Even the basics. Marketing, understanding social media, creating value for sponsors and giving people an experience worth showing up for.
We cannot keep expecting companies to pour money into our ecosystem while giving them so little in return.
We need to come right. South Africa deserves better, and so do the people investing in this space.
