Do the math. Taking Kalani’s rumored $3.5M salary (that may be high) out of the equation, the average cost per win among these other “elite” coaches is $1.14M compared to Kalani delivering wins at $318K each. What’s a P4 win worth? Just pay the man the going rate. #BYUSN
@HoboJ_ You make a strong case. There’s just a couple problems.
Problem 1:
Committee members change and they don’t care what “precedent” a previous committee set.
Problem 2: They have no accountability to anyone. If you throw facts at them they will simply reply with “eye test.”
@BYUSportsNation No comparison. It’s the biggest game in BYU history.
Never before have we faced a Top 10 while being Top 10 ourselves.
B12 Championship Game at stake & Playoff chances jump to over 90% with a win. Oh, and Utah is lurking.
BYU vs Mich for the Natty? A distant second.

@BYUSportsNation When I was in 5th grade I got into it with a bully at recess. There were teachers around so he said “meet me at the bike racks after school.” The rest of the day I was nervous, mad, & a little excited all at the same time. I feel like that. Fortunately, I kicked his butt. #BYUSN
@BYUSportsNation I think BYU could be in for a special 11-1 szn, w/ the lone L likely @ TTU. But if the Cougs walk into Lubbock & beat a likely top-5 undefeated Tech, that wouldn’t just be the W of the yr—it might be the biggest regular-szn win in BYU history. #BYUSN
@BYUSportsNation It’s Jack. First of all, he is jacked. He also knows Jack, so he’s smart. He jacks up offenses. He’s as fast as a jackrabbit, and you know defense travels, so he hits the road (Jack). #BYUSN
@Spencer_Linton I need that white blade collar shirt with Y logo and blue spatters you wore on the 9/11 show. Can you point me in the right direction? :-)
@BYUSportsNation If you were asking that question of a Stanford fan about their record ahead of their game 7 matchup with Florida State, there would be no disappointment. BYU can win all their games, so yes, I would disappointed because it’s realistic to win them all. #BYUSN
@JoshPateCFB@jlkurtz AP Rankings this early, based on little to no data, are a crime against the sport. There’s a reason the CFP Committee doesn’t release its first poll until November when there is more data to actually base it on, and even then there’s still subjectivity and bias.
@BYUSportsNation With McCae I have confidence in the floor, and believe 8 wins and a bowl game are realistic. With Bear I am excited about the ceiling, and believe 10 wins and a conference championship are possible. #byusn
