@British_Airways your operations at JFK this afternoon have been a complete and utter shambles for your Business customers. Over 45 mins queue just to bag drop,
with absolutely zero customer service from your lacklustre staff.
@easyJet I have been sat on the tarmac for OVER AN HOUR 4 hours after I should have left for Geneva at Gatwick tonight. You CANNOT allow this to happen!!!
I’ve now lost a transfer to my final destination and now have to pay a hotel. Please don’t do this to your customers.
@sainsburys Nothing !!!! Your system appears to have have cancelled my order at 05.30 today without explanation. It was due in 45 minutes…. Awaiting an explanation and reassurance it will arrive as I was expecting.
@nicolecleggx@HM_Passport Hey @nicolecleggx out of interest, which passport office were you having your applications approved at? I'm in the same boat. All very stressful.
@annabeevors@BeechHD@HM_Passport Hi Anna. Were yours renewals ? What was the time frame between acknowledgement of receipt and delivery to your home? I'm waiting for 3 renewal passports for a family holiday at the end of next week and I'm losing sleep over the fact they're not here yet ☹️
@traciehargrave3@HM_Passport Hi Tracie - were you renewing ? I've 3 family passports in the system and losing sleep over whether they will arrive in time to fly next week 😒
Feeling disappointed @laithwaites A missing order, a glitch on your site preventing me direct messaging you to complain and an empty glass this evening.
@British_Airways have attempted 4 times to call the sales line to discuss voucher usage. Have now sat and lost approx 4 hours of my day. How do you suggest getting a response ?
@holidayautos You are clearly still experiencing issues. I am unable to@access amend booking page on phone or laptop. Who can assist me urgently please ?
@SouthernRailUK Amberley.
Machine was out of service for weeks. Finally fixed but now no card payments. Haven’t seen any on board train staff to purchase.
@SouthernRailUK 7.36 from Amberley to London Victoria. First displayed as delayed then mysteriously changed to cancelled just before aforementioned passed.
