A dictator fears the Tiranga because a flag represents a free people. Try all you want—we will wave it every day, and we will protect our democracy to our last breath

Just saying..
The last time someone stopped a tricolor march with force, Mahatma Gandhi was still alive and Nehru was yet to deliver 'Tryst with Destiny'.
Delhi: CJP founder @abhijeet_dipke says, "...Delhi Police takes no action against the goons who come here. Against whom does Delhi Police take action? Delhi Police arrests Saurav and Ashutosh. What did they do? What was their crime? They waved the Tricolour."
Delhi: CJP Legal Head @whattalawyer says, "I think they will probably be released tomorrow because, in the entire matter concerning Saurav and Ashutosh, we have followed all the required procedures. Even today, the process was deliberately delayed. They made sure it was not completed by the end of the day and ultimately said it would be done tomorrow. So, what Delhi Police is doing right now is illegal. First, there was illegal detention, and now an illegal arrest. Of course, we are going to take this forward and challenge it in court, including the higher courts, because what they are doing is absolutely illegal."
Exactly!
Why do we need permission to wave national flag?
It appears, you need permission to wave our national flag but you can wave a BJP flag without any permission. Times we live in...
Today I was stopped from unfurling our National Flag in our National Capital.
Since when did holding a Tiranga 🇮🇳become a crime in India 🤔?
@DelhiPolice who the hell are you stop me? It’s my country & it’s my flag.
@AmitShah don’t you feel ashamed of yourself bruh ?
Delhi: Addressing a press conference at Jhandewalan, CJP founder @abhijeet_dipke says, "... Tonight or tomorrow morning, the Delhi Police people can pick me up. If one has to go to jail for waving the tricolour in this country, then we are ready for it... We had earlier given the call for a protest on 10th October. You shut down all of Delhi, shut the buses, shut the metros, shut the railways, shut down the internet, put up barricades. Now we said that on the 16th we will wave the tricolour at Connaught Place, in Central Park, so you shut Central Park."
What I love about the CJP energy is the laughter. So much humor, teasing, jokes, funny songs. Dude is just making a video of people starting a protest a day early on their own and you hear the laughter in his voice.
May the laughter grow. Tough times ahead, but this is amazing spirit.
Abhijeet sees the crackdown coming and isn’t flinching. 🔥
At a midnight press conference, he warns police may pick him up before CJP’s Tiranga protest.
They shut Delhi on Oct 10. Now Central Park for Oct 16. Jail or no jail, he’s waving the flag. ✊

Delhi: CJP founder @abhijeet_dipke says, "How will Delhi Police decide who can wave the national flag and who cannot? Every citizen should do it. All citizens should do it. Will people now have to seek permission from Delhi Police even to wave the Tricolour?"

The CJP’s Abhijeet Dipke and Ratna Singh are addressing a press conference near Jhandewalan, in Delhi. Dipke tells the press that personnel of the the Delhi police and Intelligence Bureau have surrounded the home he is staying at in Delhi. “They are taking updates from watchman. So tonight or tomorrow morning they can pick me up,” he said. “I want to tell Modiji if you want to pick me up, pick me up.” He went on to ask, “Why are you so scared of cockroaches?”

🚨IMPORTANT🚨
Delhi Police and IB are going to arrest me!
If waving our Indian flag is crime then I am ready to face jail. If you have guts arrest me from here.
When did waving Indian flag become a crime?
Narendra Modi should note I am not afraid of him put me in jail if you want.
