@_MissieBee Ah! That won't work for you then. My Mum always tells me that low sleep needs is a sign of intelligence. My brother needs about 5 hours but I need a full night. My other bit of advice is if you feel able relax together in the evening every day with a brew/wine x

@_MissieBee I never work in the evening now mine are older, but when they were tiny I liked to leave early and take marking/ planning home to do when they were in bed to maximize my time with them.

Our daughter has with #dipg Brain cancer. There is no cure and typically 9m life expectancy.

If I had not become an adult, had both my kids, started my career, bought my first home, cared for my dying mom under the last Labour government there is no way I'd be where I am today. It was a government that built ladders. I will be forever grateful.
