Do you still think Pathfinder are the usual “moderators” who reply in solid text?
I'd like to disappoint you if you still think that about Movement and its community.

Who are Pathfinders?🧐 These are the people who not only find the path, they break new ground not only for newbie explorers, but also for old legends, wise travellers and lost dreamers. They never sit still, if you think they can only help in chat, take a closer look, who would make an incredibly simple guide out of a couple of words and links? Who will creatively be able to answer a person who may ask the same questions over and over so they understand? Who can find a person's favourite hobby while running a game? Who is able to counter FUD by a banana? Yeah, it's all of them!
So how do they do it?

It's quite simple - trust. How can you trust a person if they won't listen to you? I think you've got a pretty good idea. Less than 100 Pathfinders and they're ready to go all out every day, We're your heart and you're our blood and we're always together!
I would add that even experts can make mistakes, a person who doesn't relate to them can teach just as much, this is an important part to understand.

🏫But of course you must always learn and always move, that's why a special academy was created for Pathfinder, which not only teaches you how to be active, but shows you all the subtleties with all the possible options and all this not without our legendary team and chefs. It may seem strange to people that the team is chatting like normal users, but it is!

For a better understanding of the hierarchy, I will make a small tree with an explanation:
🔵Chief Pathfinders (incredible leader who always ready to storm and calm, have surely on of the best skillset for this way) ->
🔵💪Move Mods (unique role which is personally issued by the team to people who have a different experience and attitude) ->
🔵🏃‍♀️Pathfinder Pro (also takes by team, well deserved moderator who have passed all the tests and are worth their own experience) ->
🧭Pathfinder Trailblazer (Deputy managers who initiate processes and lead them to implementation, senior assistants for cadets and Initiates) ->
🧭Pathfinder Specialist (people who've been through the academy and are ready for the trials) ->
🫡Pathfinder Cadet (people training to be supreme moderators) ->
🟤Pathfinder Initiates (Capacity-builders)

@craesol is a chief among chiefs, although he is not technically a pathfinder, but I think anyone who has ever chatted with him will know what I'm talking about. This man is tolerance, understanding and enthusiasm in one form!
I definitely want to get all these skills from Sensei!

@Jules20O0 You know what a 3-in-1 coffee is, that's right, this is jules, a man who can literally do anything, help with any question, a great mentor, a genius of sorts.

@AdeiWeb3 have you seen this man's explanations? Damn, this mentor.. how much there is to learn from him.. I always take something useful for myself from his lessons and always learn from the best best explanation, no one else can do better than him! I'm sure our paths will cross again.

@mer_q_tio Alpha, Alpha, Alpha. It can be said many times but the ability to give alphas and always bring the mood, GOAT in alpha. (I want to learn how to give alpha too, so I'll add that we're aiming for 60k+ games this year, so get ready to have a lot of fun and hope adei won't kick me out😅).

@Rydog760 yes, fud in chat is fine, Movement accepts it, but if it goes over the top, you should see how comically he fights and defeats it

@kwkwfoo don't make this man angry, but it's fun to joke with him, he always reacts quickly to emergency situations.

@HayimSadioglu is the king of poker and a deserving candidate for moderator, absolutely willing to help newbies, as is @AbassMo3 who doesn't miss a post and will answer and help anyone who needs it. Real helpers for Cadets and Intiates.

In next cases I would pick everybody who I know, but I guess you know you are here.

Specialists, still young, but strong warriors who can stand next to moderators on a level, their skills to hold events are off the charts, when a person walks in, he sees in front of him a real glow almost ideal in his skills.

Cadets, these are the future professionals who are preparing to go through the academy and be ready for anything, they are the future of the Movement.

Initiates are young enthusiasts who have proven themselves and shown that they are worthy to enter the top 100, in 0.01% they are the fingers of the Movement.

Remember, even if you don't belong to this guild, it doesn't mean you can't/wouldn't belong to them, you are part of us, you are our blood!🫀

- swapping tokens: pick pair, pay fees, execute trade.
- choose pool, deposit assets, earn fees + yield.
- stake underlying asset, receive an LST token representing your stake + yield, use that LST in other DeFi flows.

Movement gained so much popularity that it made a universal, so called Movement Day , with more than 40 countries and 100 cities celebrating on the same day. It was one of the biggest meetup in recent times and it's NOT END!
Right now there is an 11-city Asian tour going on. 🏙️

This is all just the beginning, Movement is starting to grow to the next level: the NFT mint🖼️, adding liquidity to Cornucopia📯, adding guilds 🏛️

The idea is that we can revitalise the meetups so much and engage the whole ecosystem in a way that even the fish will know about it.
This is what the projects have already started to do - integrating the Movement ecosystem at meetups (now mostly in Asian countries).

Explorers Guild: МИ серед переможців, нові Майстри та підвищення ролей.

Капітани команд-переможців конкурсу #MoveMeetupMemories від @movement_explor отримали по 300 XP, учасники по 80 XP, а всі інші по 60 XP.
