learned today that a friend of mine is leading a [german ERP] transition project for a +200k employee company. staff for the transition project alone is >1000. People don't understand that (especially enterprise) SaaS is not about shipping features fast.
I literally did a demo with a new AI startup Datadog competitor the other day and the vibe of the software and the company was that it was run by 8 people who have 6 months of runway.
