@StarbucksUK Lakeside retail branch are letting you down. Ordered by click and collect, waited 15 min, apparently didn’t receive the order ! Waited another 15 for the coffee 😡 translation cleared instantly

@starbucks total carnage at the retail Thurrock ... ordered ten min prior to arrival then waited 20 min to be told order not received ! Another 10 min wait as money already taken 😡
