Disappointed with @fitbit customer service. Error on the site prevented me from canceling subscription before the deadline. Charged the cost for a full year because I was 'gifted' a free trial 1 year and switching to monthly after isn't allowed? #Fitbit #CustomerServiceFail

It's disheartening that a 'gift' I received as part of the Ionic recall turned out to be a trap in disguise. Expected @fitbit to show understanding and help, but their response was lacking. A company's true colors show when something outside the norm happens.
