PRN Johor 2026: Is this really the kind of leadership we want?
I used to work as a special officer to YB Teo Nie Ching @TeoNieChing and they were my colleagues. My experience with them was far from inspiring.🧵
There are many of us who have had a positive experience working in the office, and our experiences deserve to be acknowledged as well. Wishing you all the best Veena.

Constructive criticism is always welcome, but it should be fair and balanced. Sharing your personal experience is your right, but portraying it as though it represents the entire office, its culture, and everyone who has worked there is simply inaccurate.
Opportunities like these are earned, and they placed their trust in you. Unfortunately, it appears that the expectations of the role and the actual performance did not align.
What disappoints me most is seeing attempts to tarnish the reputations of Shafwan, Hui Yi, and YB Teo. They gave you an opportunity despite receiving many applications for the position.
It is also important to remember that the first three months were a probation period. Like any organisation, the office has every right to assess an employee's performance and determine whether they are suitable for the role.
Working in the office means handling countless public complaints, welfare cases, and urgent issues every single day. It is a fast-paced environment because YB Teo is someone who believes in getting things done efficiently and without unnecessary delays.
I started as an intern in 2023, and every semester break since then, I have voluntarily returned to work in the office. In fact, there are three of us (Interns) who keep coming back whenever we're on semester break.
