18 Days now since my dedicated server is locked out and down, still no fix or follow up @HGSupport@HostGator
Not even giving SSH access to backup or transfer data

It's been 12 days now since my server gone down @HGSupport@HostGator no reply to the DM nor follow up mail for existing tickets and telling us our case in priority list and wait for infinite time without any estimate time

Day 9 of my server being completely DOWN with @HostGator. π Provided all details via DM as requested, still nothing. Tickets ACOM-3138 & E-518989 haven't seen an email update in over 60 hours. What does it take to get an actual resolution? @HGSupport
@DanMicovic@HostGator@HGSupport In my case os is outdated and also there is no patch released for my cpanel version only option is migrating data to upgraded server but till now they were not able to do it
@DanMicovic@HostGator@HGSupport Even I have server in several other provider all those server even didn't had any downtime they patched the servers seamlessly this issue seem exclusively for @HostGator
@HGSupport@HostGator@HGSupport "Updates will be emailed"? You haven't sent an email update in over 60 hours! 9 days of downtime with absolutely zero ETA is a massive failure. As a system administrator, I know this level of outage is unacceptable. Stop stalling and restore my server.
@HostGator@HGSupport@HostGator You still haven't answered the only question that matters: WHEN? "Assigned to the best team" doesn't help me after 9 DAYS of a completely locked-out server. Stop asking for patience and give me an actual ETA for ACOM-3138 immediately!

It very sad to know that a major server provider like @HostGator struggling to migrate it's own server date to new one even though target server is outdated and existing @cPanel vulnerability, i still doubt your support team even know about basic of blocking and whitelisting ip
@francojosephsd@HostGator@cPanel@HGSupport For 8 Day i have been thinking same what are these support staff doing and just now i found our they even just accessed my server 2 time in last 8 days did nothing major to tell
@HostGator@HGSupport my server has been down for 6 Day now the thing is your team locked out the server ports due recent cpanel issue, but till now I didn't get any followup or solution from your team they tell me to wait for 24-48 hr everyday and then give no reply
@HostGator@cPanel already reached out many time no proper response or solutions yet, just now after your team opened the whm for small time i did know your team only even accessed server 2 times in last 8 days in May 1st and then today and mislead us by telling they are investigating for 8 days
@HGSupport Yesterday your team gave hopeful mail like started transferring data new updated server, now it is back to square one they stopped it with some technical excuse and no estimate time for resolution to fix my issue and Also it is 1 week now since my service stopped
@HGSupport@HostGator still no follow up and telling me to wait until server is enabled then they will proceed with migration and the worst part is there is no Estimate time when will that happen
Currently i got the same answer for 6 days repeatedly
