[Nathan Barry @nathanbarry]

My friend Erica just used @Kit Signals to discover one of the most famous biographers alive today reads her newsletter.

The insights you can get are pretty crazy!

x-ray vision for your email audience

Kit tip: double opt-in feels like friction until you see your bounce and spam complaint rates. people who confirm are people who actually want your emails 🤝

@robinebers that makes sense, Robin. our free plan covers up to 10K subscribers and doesn't include automations or the other features you don't use, so it might be a better fit than Pro. the Creator plan is also worth a peek if you outgrow it and do end up needing some more features!

creator business is 40% creating, 60% remembering where you saved the thing

The next era of visual automations is HERE. 🚨✨

Our refreshed builder is now in open beta with more room to build and more confidence to publish.

And this is just the first chapter. There’s more to come. 👀

Ready to try it? In Kit, head to Visual Automations → New, click the three dots, and select the option to try the new builder. You can switch back to the legacy builder anytime during the beta.

[Kit @kit]

Tomorrow, you can connect the dots.
And a few other things.

Kit tip: one email, three audiences. conditional content swaps a paragraph or CTA by tag, so one send can speak to everyone 🧩

Landing pages got a makeover,
a brand-new builder, too.
But another OG’s been whispering,
“Hey, I’d like a refresh, wouldn’t you?”
You asked. We heard.
There’s more we’d like to say.
But we’re keeping this one under wraps
until Monday. 👀

My episode on the @teambossbabe podcast with @NatalieEllis91 is out now.

I shared what’s working for the most successful creator businesses on @kit, including how some creators make seven figures a year with fewer than 5,000 email subscribers.

Had so much fun recording this episode, thanks for having me on.

You can listen on Apple Podcasts or Spotify. To watch on YouTube, click the link in the comments.

Last week, @JamesClear and I hosted our second author mastermind at Kit Studios NYC.

We got a group of amazing authors together to share what’s been working in their book launches.

Seeing @kit Studios filled with so many friends and great authors was so much fun. We even hosted a breakfast and group dinner there.

I also recorded two new podcast episodes with @george__mack and @itsjosephnguyen while I was in town. I can’t wait for you to hear them.

I’m excited to host more events like this.
