@jk_rowling Weird that an amazing author can get the differences between sex (biological) and gender (socially constructed) mixed up. You talk about sex in this post (which a trans person would still biologically be) but what is actually being changed with drugs and surgery is gender.

@respphysio @TheACPRC Aerobika or PARI OPEP (same as Flutter but come with a bag and a lanyard to stop it dropping on floor and breaking). All patients I’ve seen using AirPhysio prefer one of these instead. Acapella not easily available in Australia to patients.

For people accessing equipment to help them live independent lives applications to NDIS/MAC can be hard enough, but for the thousands that don't qualify it's even harder to negotiate the 108 different funding options. Great work by RAIL in bringing the issue to light
