@jdquizmanKL@spittinchiclets Thank you so much for saying that. It was a great goal. Pure effort. It's beyond me why people can't appreciate good sports. I'm a Vancouver Canucks fan. There was good chances for both teams, and it was the best season opener I've seen in a very long time.
@Barbara_Eden@TangibleDreamer@JackiVenezia Has someone who loved the show and wished that she had her own genie bottle to go live in, I appreciated your show much! I'm sure there are many girls of that era who wished the same.... the dreamers certainly would've!
@Sportsnet@BlueJays I was so happy to see Jose Rodriguez make his debut and a strikeout the batters he faced. π. The height difference is quite obvious in this photo! On the Sportsnet broadcast, they said that they hadn't met until today although he did know Brandon Venezuela previously.
@DougWahl1 I am fine with this. I'm in on the West Coast of Canada and even I know that there is a huge contingent of Canadian Bills fans. Who am I to say because there's a lot of Seahawks fans here in Vancouver BC!
@KeeganMatheson I hope all of you are happy crying in your beer because you're not being any sort of fan other than to complain and be an Armchair Manager. There's lots of good stories this season too. Sure there's things I wish were different, but that's not the way it is for now.
@BlueJays Wishing Jesus Sanchez all the best with the Diamondbacks, and I really wish it could've worked out in Toronto. A very likeable player to have on the team
@SportsnetPR@DonTaylor5 I am so happy that the team is back! I appreciate all the input from all the different opinions and experiences. Whether you personally like them or not, I do believe that all of these people have something to bring to the table.
@Damon98_ I for one I'm right behind them. Cheering away because if this year doesn't lead us to any finals, obviously that will be work to do & decisions to be made. But no one is going take cheering for the Blue Jays away from me. Especially a bunch of negative crap. Find something good
@JaneotN The people of Gander did incredible, considering the size of the population and the town. The generous hearts of those who lived there, will never be forgotten
@MattPinner_ Grinding leftover meat so you can use it for ground meat or to make sausage or chili or shepherds pie. It was mounted by screw to your countertop and a bowl would catch, but with being ground up. Probably sounds kind of gross now, but it was totally necessary back then.π
@AzPetrich Thank you, that is so incredibly kind of you to say. We will also never forget. I'm in Vancouver, BC and people who were forced to land, had to be put up, and what the people did in Gander is something we can all be very proud of and humbled by.
