Yesterday I had to say goodbye to my love and best friend. I’m so absolutely devastated and heartbroken. With living alone and with COVID, I became very dependent on Ash- he was like my emotional support buddy and I don’t know what to do without him.
Hey @disney take the billion from this and spend it on putting the PeopleMover back in Disneyland. Also add 100 Country Bear animatronics to the ride. Also make it 2 hours long. Please. Thanks.
Whew, LOTS of #COVID19 out there right now, folks. My texts are full of friends on vacation with one person sick, asking how long they’re contagious, advice for shared hotel rooms, etc. Even if you no longer wear a mask, I’d recommend extra caution for the next few weeks.
Today, I tried to honor the memory of Bridget O'Shea by emailing every single legislative aide and representative I have connections with in my state.
I shared with them her story and suffering, in hopes that people learn from it and things finally change. We need to do something about this awful disease.
Thank you Bridget, for your strong voice and friendship to this community. May you finally rest peacefully 🪽

Hi, I’m Hannah! I became disabled in 2020. I’m extremely sick. I can’t legally drive, and I can’t have a normal job. I recently opened my own at home business to support myself because I’m home bound. Here are some of my shirts so far! https://t.co/UTh6CWsQ1K
We need to share this picture more. A lot of people laugh at the idea that covid can affect everything, but not enough people realize that covid can get everywhere.
Honestly, I think the chance to *prevent* anything is over, and we're now certainly in the mitigation/survival phase.
For the last two years, I've been thinking we're just waiting on confirmation of full AMOC system collapse, and then news of SMOC reversal comes out of the blue
Post-COVID cognitive decline is real - and visible in the brain.
A new study used brain imaging (PET) + EEG to analyze people with “brain fog” months after mild COVID-19.
They found:
suppressed brain metabolism
slowed brain waves
even in those never hospitalized.🧵
The NB.1.8.1 variant (Nimbus) causes four distinguished symptoms as follows:
- A sore throat that feels like razor blades,
- Sudden loss of appetite,
- Muscle aches in unusual areas,
- Irritating nasal congestion that lingers.
I wonder if the NB.1.8.1 variant should still be Omicron, although no one is interested in this topic.

It's also bad for the environment and while people mention Nagasaki and Hiroshima. Look up places like Marshall Islands which had tests. It's affected the land and people there in a very negative way.
We are seeing the world ustify the need for them since WW2.
#SantaAnaPD WANTED SUSPECTS - Detectives are attempting to identify two suspects who fired illegal fireworks indiscriminately into a large crowd of people.

If it turns out the Air India co-pilot raised the flaps instead of retracting the landing gear, and if we yell about the impacts of
COVID on the brain, might people listen this time?
Study after study is showing the horrific impact of Covid infections on children.
Even mild infections are causing internal damage.
How long are governments - doctors, parents and teachers - going to keep ignoring this?
Kids deserve better than denial and wishful thinking. 😞
