@travers78@long_covid Try not to get too anxious, they are there to support you. Definitely write a list and how it affects you on a daily basis-like… I can shower but then I have to rest etc. My OH offered me long covid clinic (🥴)and loads of support so hopefully it is positive xx
@Wright1983Jon That’s great news!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻and man what a pizza😍😍…. I did a little ride tonight… heart rate was actually better than when walking, fingers burnt more but I felt alive…. No pizza afterwards though, this may be where I’m going wrong🤣
@j_b_kennedy@kirstler31 Dicksons chemist are really helpful so would definitely be worth checking if that would suffice. Crazy how they won’t say it’s Long Covid tho, not everything is black and white eh!

@ShaneyWright I’ve been the same with breathing and they’ve said it’s asthma but I think that’s so they can discharge me🙈 would be worth seeing if you have had raised eosinophils on past blood tests. Another thing is to make sure you’ve had a decent strength of steroid inhaler for long enough
@Sarasearching@Raisin231@JCeoltaSmith Brill! I’m not sure how useful they are but they’re paid to help you so get your moneys worth. Would the disability act not come into play here? Reasonable adjustments possibly by a longer phased return? Xx
@mortgagecredit@RhodaWatkins10 Fexofenadine, statin, low dose pred, aspirin but have to say Low Dose Naltrexone has been the game changer in this cocktail, I’m able to function better and my PEM has reduced
