@nxwestmidlands Bus 49 - Daughter gets to Maypole for 08:55, gets the first available bus, which lately seems to be a single decker??? Any reason why at such a high demand travel time? Should be in Sollihull College for 08:42 (if caught 08:13), so why is she still not at college now & its 09:10?

@nxwestmidlands @brigden_lee The complaints process is a joke? Surely it’s common sense to send regular double deck buses at rush hour?.. over an hr late for my daughter who was 15 minutes early for her 08:12 bus!

@nxwestmidlands Why are single decker buses running on the 49 bus route in the morning when it serves so many schools on the route. One hasn’t shown up this morning and the next one has gone straight past as it was full. A lot of children going to be late again for school because of this

Wednesday night was Year 11 Prom Night... and what a night it was! Our students were dressed to the nines and spent the evening dancing the night away!
