@HMRCcustomers Hi, I submitted my tax return before the deadline, and have received an email confirmation, but on my account, it's saying my tax return is late. I want to set up a payment plan but because of this I am unable to online and can't get through to anyone by phone.

@HMRCcustomers I sent it online yesterday. I have received confirmation that it was submitted and when I click "submit your return" it says it's completed. it's just on the main page that it says it's late.

@adam_hominem @AyoCaesar If you notice someone being made uncomfortable by another person the best thing in my opinion would be just to quietly ask them if they're ok and ask if they want to chat for a bit. Feeling like you have support and aren't totally alone in that situation can really help.
