@TalkTalk The power, WLAN and LAN1 lights are on (occasionally blinking) but no internet. Have tried rebooting several times. Ran a live connection test through the website and said there is a technical issue but no contact number or any further help. Can't log into community page.

@TalkTalk Hi, our WiFi has been on and off all week but finally went off last night and won't come back on again. Between us, as a family of 4, we have limmited and poor signal 4G. I am a final year vet student with online exams on Monday so I really need this sorted ASAP.
