@JennaPrice@CoverMore I had a similar issue. I waited on the phone for 5 hours yesterday starting as 10 in the queue. After 4 hours I was number 1 in the queue but for about 45 minutes nothing happened until they eventually turned their phones off at 7pm so I never got through
After 5 hours of trying to get through to @CoverMore they turned off their phones for the day. My claim has dragged out 3 months with no decision so far. Such appalling #CustomerService. Literally no idea how to go get through to them. Maybe @AFCA_org_au?
Why would Kim Jong-un insult me by calling me "old," when I would NEVER call him "short and fat?" Oh well, I try so hard to be his friend - and maybe someday that will happen!
