Why would you send me a blocked QR the day before the show?
Why would you make me go all the way there in the middle of the heatwave just to read "TICKET BLOCKED" on the scanner and have your employees say to me "they have never seen a ticket like that and they have no idea"
+400 EUR, 10 hours of traveling, 5 months of emails and calls, all for NOTHING
I am so upset right now it's hard to even put it into words.

@TicketmasterCS@TicketmasterDE Yes we know but your colleagues at Germany are a disgrace and steal money from customers.
Additionally they do not respond to any contact channel.
So please try to escalate this yourself as we will continue this if we do not get an answer (:

@LiveNationGSA desperately hoping you can help. 3hr journey to Munich to see @QueenWillRock@adamlambert today. @TicketmasterDE failed to send tickets in September 2019. Site says to wait 5 days b4 event. Hoping you can issue tix at the venue as I have proof of purchase.
