I picked up my sweet Lou Lou (9) from school today. And she asked me if I remembered that her MRI was tomorrow. Of course, I told her.

Then she reminded me about the appointment with her neurosurgeon next week.

We will find out how fast the tumor is growing. And if that’s why she’s having so much trouble lately.

Ever since the first brain surgery, she’s had balance problems (she falls A LOT). She can’t use her left arm very well. And she has some fairly serious learning disabilities.

Before the brain surgery, none of that. They don’t want to call it Traumatic Brain Injury. But that’s what it is.

Today she asked me if the cancer came back, would she die. She’s 9.

Then she asked me if she could have a present after the MRI tomorrow….😂
Obviously I said yes.

Cancer sucks, my friends.
It just fvcking SUCKS.
