Buhari forged secondary school certificate, and the law was manipulated to let it pass. Because Buhari bribed his way out, Tinubu had the audacity to also present a forged certificate to INEC. Tinubu also bribed INEC to escape the law. Now, the National Assembly has passed the electoral act stating that certificate forgery is no longer ground for cancellation of election.
