@AsdaServiceTeam who do I contact about a faulty product? Cooking breakfast this morning and a piece of hot metal had flown off the frying pan!! This could have caused serious damage or hit my 1 year old boy!

@AsdaServiceTeam was due a shop yesterday between 2 & 4. Got an email at 14.22 to say it had been delivered but it hadn’t. Rang Customer Service, told me that she would issue me refund. This morning order still hadn’t been cancelled. I need this money to go do my shop!
