Arsenal had to sell their best players & limit their spending under Arsene Wenger ( Emirates stadium). A club with global reach.

But Man City who couldn't fill their stadium were able to generate revenue fast enough to compete with big clubs (2009-18)?

@TRobinsonNewEra I think it actually amplifies a deeper problem. If British nationals from foreign/ migrant parents which have been integrated into British life from birth can still be radicalised to attempt these acts we’ve no fuckung hope.
