@Jamery17@drseanmullen I'd be quite happy to have a sincere discussion on this but I genuinely don't understand what you're arguing. What do you believe these google trend charts show? Do you believe the terms are linked and how? I have no horse in this race and am genuinely curious.
@Jamery17@drseanmullen Zooming out shows there is not an uptick in these terms and it's just scare-mongering/engagement farming. Zooming in on a short timescale as you've done shows a complete lack of understanding of trend statistics.
@daisyldixon I've never used a dating app, but I get the distinct impression that the success stories are the minority. They're a big business precisely because they don't work. If they successfully matched single people, they would reduce their pool of customers.
@GremlinLux@analytic_ly@JeffNippard That doesn't make sense? The study defines the hydration index of each beverage by measuring the volume of urine excreted.
@dkwilson2@CherylArrowsmi1 @sackloo Interesting, looks like something we might have to try at AZ. Not got access to the paper yet but tried 'PLIMSTEX' many years ago with limited success.
We have an MRC DTP PhD project up for grabs! We are looking to use mass spectrometry to study the penetration of peptide drugs into tissues, in particular incretin mimetics. Project will be partnered with @pharmaron
@daisyldixon Sounds frustrating. If it's anything like science academia, people won't cite theses in general as they're not necessarily peer-reviewed. If the thesis subject is published in a paper then that's different.
