Robert Roberson is an innocent man with autism who has spent over 20 years on death row in Texas for a crime that never occurred.

He's set to be executed in 11 days.

Mr. Roberson was the father of a chronically ill 2 year-old daughter, Nikki.

Tragically, Nikki passed away from prior medical conditions after a short fall from bed, and Mr. Roberson was wrongfully convicted of her death.

Robert's lack of emotion in the hospital with Nikki and at trial was used against him. Little did people know at the time, but Robert is autistic.

New evidence shows that Nikki died of severe viral and bacterial pneumonia that progressed to sepsis and then septic shock.

Also, there was a lethal dosage of Phenergan that had been prescribed to Nikki in her system in the days prior to her death.

The medicine is no longer prescribed to babies that young, since it can lead to breathing impairment.

Nonetheless, prosecutors tried Roberson on the premise of shaken baby syndrome.

Which has now been debunked.

One of the prosecutors who tried Robert's case is deeply remorseful that the case was mishandled and wants him to be released.

We need to make some noise to Governor Greg Abbott @GregAbbott_TX to give this man clemency before needlessly being sent to his death on October 17th!

We can't have another repeat of Marcellus Williams.
